Limited to just 30 guests, our Chef and Head Brewmaster have paired our award-winning beer with a 4-course meal served in an intimate setting in our Historic Diesel Plant building.
Before Dinner: Charcuterie Board paired with a flight of our most popular beers including Icon Haze, Icon IPA, 1926 Hef, Power Plant Amber Ale, Freedom Torch Milk Stout, Americon Blonde, and Florida Heat
Course One: Mahi Ceviche served with plaintain chips and paired with our Factory Pilsner
Course Two: Seasonal Salad with spinach, strawberries, blueberries, spiced pecans, goat cheese, and a citrus dressing paired with Florida's Best Fruited Sour, our Strawberry Shortcake Sour
Course Three: Center cut 8oz. Filet Mignon served with fingerling potatoes (duck fat and rosemary), asparagus, and Hollandaise sauce paired with the Freedom Torch Milk Stout and Power Plant Amber Ale
Course Four: Key Lime Pie with blueberry compote paired with our double hazy IPA, Blurred Vision.
