2019 Annual School to Work Transition Fair: Navigating the Roads of Transition
Interact with educators and representatives from local and state agencies and organizations. Speak directly with agencies that provide services for transition-age students (14-22) in your community.
Information sessions will be available on the following topics:
• Social Security
• Parent Information
• Health Care
• Transition Planning
• Diploma/Graduation Options
• Employment/Vocational Rehabilitation
• Supporting Choices (Guardianship & Other Options)
Requests for Sign Language Interpreters, accessible seating, or additional accessibility needs must be sent to Elizabeth Costello, ecostell@irsc.edu
***TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION***
Transportation will be provided to the IRSC Main Campus by St. Lucie County Transportation. Buses will pick up at each location and depart at 7:00 AM to the Main Campus and then will return to the pick up locations at the conclusion of the event.
