We have teamed up with our neighbors and Local 30 friends at Sailfish Brewing Co. to bring you another amazing Beer Dinner at HopCat. Sailfish always provides amazing beers so this will be a truly epic experience when our chefs create a perfect plate to pair. Welcoming beer: White Marlin Wit - 5% - Witbier w/ Orange & Coriander
First Course: Tom Kha Gai soup- A rich and creamy decedent coconut soup. Loaded with Asian vegetables and chicken.
Paired w/ Tag and Release - 5.9% - American Amber Ale
Second Course: House made pork pot stickers with a sweet and spicy boozy sauce. Served with one fried and one steamed.
Paired w/ Sunrise City - 7% - American IPA
Third Course: Loaded Cambodian Beef Ramen bowl loaded roasted mid rare beef tenderloin with vegetables and a soft poached egg.
Paired w/ Flounder Pounder - 9.3% - Double IPA
Dessert: Poached Pear in a boozy Saki and simple syrup. Served with a creamy whipped creme fraiche and mascarpone
