Second Course: Premiere Belgium Mussels and House-Made Fire Roasted Ciabatta
                          We sauté our mussels in the chimmay, along with herbs, bacon, capers, butter, broth and some                                onion shallot mix. Then serve it our house made ciabatta bread to soak up all of the broth
