Welcoming beer: Dynamite Point Golden Lager – 4.8%. – American Lager
First Course: Spinach Salad w/ Orange wedges, roasted almonds, sliced apples, feta cheese, and topped off with Naranja Wit Vinegar.
Paired w/ Naranja Wit – 5.2% - Summer Ale w/ Orange Zest
Second Course: Duck Confit w/ a bed of creamy Risotto and orange glaze sauce to top it off. (Sauce will be made with the IPA)
Paired w/ Zero Viz New England IPA - 6% - New England-Style IPA
Third Course: Spicy Dry Rub Pork Loin slow cooked w/ seasonal vegetables topped off w/ “Naranja” Calypso Bay Glaze.
