Event Details
Arrival and check in will be between 8-8:30 a.m. we will begin our first ceremony at 9 a.m. and go in to our first class from there. There will be leisure time in between classes to mingle, be with yourself or whatever calls to you in the moment.
Throughout the day we will have Sound Healings with hands on energy healing, Meditations, Breath Work, Movement, Kundalini Yoga, Relaxation & Self Care plus Opening/Closing and Sacred Cacao Ceremonies.
Nourish your body, mind and soul with a special Mediterranean style lunch prepared with love by our private chef.
Price includes Kundalini Yoga classes, Sound Healings, Meditations, Breathwork, Extra Classes, Energy Healings, Cacao Ceremonies, Lunch + Snacks/Drinks and any extras.
