Join us every 2nd Friday of the month to relax and unwind at a free relaxation circles. Certified Practitioners will share a variety of techniques that is sure to help calm the mind & help heal the soul. The night will include: beginner guided meditation, distance Reiki (a Japanese stress relief technique), easy breathing techniques that are specific for relaxation, and guided prompts which will help complete the experience.
