Waiver and Release of Liability
If you have not done so, please take a moment to complete the new Waiver and Release of Liability.
One waiver is required per Adult Volunteer or Parent of Minor Volunteer and is valid for all future SFA events.
No one will be allowed to volunteer without a completed waiver.
If you arrive at an SFA event without having completed the waiver, you will be required to complete the waiver and check-in after everyone has else has checked-in.
