A Sound Immersion or Sound Bath is a bath in vibrational energy and sound. You keep all your clothes on while every cell in your body is being bathed in sound vibration. The sounds and vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes guide us into a deep meditation, rebalance and tone the physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic bodies. The vibrations create changes on a cellular level, restoring the body back to its healthy frequencies or homeostasis. The benefits include deep relaxation, a sense of peace in the body and mind, improved sleep, heightened awareness, clarity of mind, enhanced creativity, increased immunity, and calming of the entire nervous system. Many people have profound spiritual, emotional, and physical experiences. Through the vibrations of these instruments, we experience Alpha and Theta brainwave entrainment, along with an inner calm and deep relaxation that enables us to journey and center within.
