Have you thought about living more sustainably, but don’t know where to start? Or are you interested in how you can convince others to live more sustainably? If so, this discussion-to-action program is just for you. Join UF/IFAS Extension St Lucie County beginning May 29, 2019 for the University of Florida Sustainable Floridians? program!
Throughout this informative 3-day workshop, we will investigate making wise use of resources; making households and communities more resilient and financially sound; community leadership and engaging others; and understanding the impact of individual lifestyle choices. Florida Sustainable Floridians? teaches you how to reduce consumption, save money and become part of a transition to a more environmentally, socially, and economically sustainable future.
The program will be held Wednesday - Friday, May 29th - 31st from 9am - 3pm each dayat the UF/IFAS Extension St. Lucie Hurricane House. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
