Brandy's Homes is not a Real Estate company, nor are we a construction company. Brandy's homes is a partnership between investors and construction companies, which can provide unique opportunities to home buyers. Investors buy properties and make them available directly to you. These properties range from rentals, to empty lots, to existing renovation projects. Our construction partners can either build your home from our existing plans, you can use your own custom plans, or we provide custom plans.
